Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments.
You may send your credit card information via phone.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

All other Zones & Postcodes have delivery surcharges. The total payable is detailed below.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
Delivery of your order will require a proof of delivery signature.
All items must be checked upon receipt. If the item is damaged you should not accept delivery and contact us immediately by email or telephone.
All damages must be reported within 48hours of delivery.
This does not effect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it within 14 days from receipt providing it is unopened and in a saleable condition.
You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return carriage costs. When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item. If the item is delivered to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.
Please also include your name, address, date of purchase and item number in the parcel.
Your refund will be for the item only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must inform us upon receipt and we will either replace the item or refund you in full.
Any item sent in error will be replaced and the incorrect item collected by us.
